At ZORVEX, we stand behind the quality of our fitness and recovery gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward, free return process.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Free Returns

We provide free return shipping for all eligible orders. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at officalzorvexstore@gmail.com

3. How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package to our  hub. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn) and in its original ZORVEX packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at officalzorvexstore@gmail.com so we can make it right.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
